Refund policy

1. No Refunds on Services

All purchases of naturopathic consultations, follow-ups, and lab analysis services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.


2. No Refunds on Physical Products

Due to the nature of our herbal products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on teas, tinctures, or infused honey.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email Jeanette@iamsimplyj.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we will review your case for a possible replacement.
